Georgia Production Partnership - Established in 1998, this professional group has been instrumental in the grass roots organization of the production community and the development of key legislative incentives. Their goal is to bring Georgia back to the forefront of U.S. production. Women in Film and Television Atlanta - Women in Film and Television Atlanta is a Georgia-based non-profit organization affiliated with other national and international Women in Film chapters and is dedicated to improving the status and portrayal of women in film, video, and other moving images media. With an emphasis on education, advocacy and networking, Women in Film supports the work of women in moving images media and encourages high standards of professionalism. Dailies - Dailies, in association with PushPush Theater, unites filmmakers to explore their craft through community and creation. We challenge film artists of all disciplines to focus on process as the result. Great work evolves from experimentation, practice, and finally understanding. By creating a safe place to fail, and focusing on process over product and collaboration over isolation, Dailies is where one finds a voice - not simply to display it, but to nurture and develop its existence. Atlanta Screenwriters Group - Founded in 1998, The Atlanta Screenwriters Group has become one of the largest screenwriter groups in the Southeast Their mission is to help local screenwriters develop their ideas, give support, swap industry stories and give constructive feedback for their work. Southern Screen Report - Southern Screen Report is an industry print newsmagazine for the southeastern film and video community. The print edition of Southern Screen Report is published every other month and distributed at locations in the Atlanta area. It is also available by subscription. Primarily a print medium, Southern Screen Report aims to proclaim the activities of the local film and video community, and announce opportunities to those who make their living as film and video creators and crew. The Sourcebook is published by Oz Publishing and is updated annually. Film::Athens - Film::Athens was created in 2003 by a group of Athens filmmakers and film enthusiasts. They are a non-profit organization dedicated to promotion and support of production, exhibition and public awareness of film, video and digital media arts in the Athens community. Augusta Film - Augusta Film is a social network for people who actively pursue the art and craft of filmmaking. Augusta Film does not produce films; its members do. Augusta Film promotes communications between local filmmakers by offering network gatherings. Augusta Film seeks to improve the production value of local films by conducting educational activities and providing connections to production resources.
