Out On Film is produced annually by IMAGE Film & Video Center, a non-profit media arts center dedicated to fostering independent film and videomaking in Atlanta and the Southeast. IMAGE is funded in part by the the Fulton County Arts Council, the Georgia Council for the Arts, the City of Atlanta Bureau of Cultural Affairs and the National Endowment for the Arts.
